Made this one from patterned acetate I had in a pack from Crafters Companion.  I put the shaped card through my ebosser using the embossing folder and cut out my spellbinder butterflies. The greeting was cut  using my cricut.  The shaped card I then put around the acetate, added the embellishments and there we have it.
